Formerly the Managing Associate & COO of RAI Realty Services, Inc. who’s primary function is to oversee the over-all operations of the Firm which includes business management and development, asset sales, asset management, and asset valuation.

• Acts as Lead Property Consultant & Advisor in transactions involving business engagements, negotiations, pricing, valuation and property recovery/acquisition.
• Acts as Auction Manager and Auctioneer in Property Auctions.
• Conducts inspection and valuation of properties owned by private individuals, owned by private corporations, and those foreclosed properties for auction.
• Develops new products to cater to the needs of the targeted market segment.
• In-charge of business development in the areas we serve.

While with Philippine National Bank (PNB), he was responsible for the management, administration, and disposal of acquired assets of Northern Mindanao Region with a total portfolio (book value) of P1.3B consisting of 1,902 pieces of properties. Area of coverage includes CARAGA Region, Bukidnon Province, Misamis Oriental, Misamis Occidental and Pagadian, Zamboanga del Sur.

HIGHLIGHT/S
• Designed the first Property Consultancy & Management Firm based in Cagayan de Oro City that offers Property Auction Management, Asset Portfolio Management & Asset Valuation Advisory servicing Visayas & Mindanao.
• Has closed a deal with Philippine Investment 2 to be its Asset Portfolio Manager and acts as its exclusive sales arm for its Visayas & Mindanao properties.
• On August 8, 2006, has sealed the deal with RCBC to be the Bank’s Property Auction Consultant and Manager for their Visayas and Mindanao properties. Has managed seven (7) auctions for the Bank in Cagayan de Oro (2), General Santos, Bacolod, Davao (2), & Cebu cities.
• Auction Sales hit rate is 56% which is the highest among the property auctioneers that RCBC engaged and better than the industry average of 20%.
• Has coordinated/managed six (6) regional level property auctions that generated a total sales of P156M consisting of 169 properties during his stint with Philippine National Bank (PNB).
